Prime Steakhouse
About This Spot
Stepping into Prime Steakhouse at the Bellagio is like entering an elegant retreat where time slows just enough to savor the moment. Nestled within one of Las Vegas’s most iconic resorts, this spot balances the radiant energy of the Strip with a refined, almost cinematic calm. Whether you're arriving for a special occasion or simply a well-deserved night out, the atmosphere invites you to settle in and appreciate the rhythm of attentive service and understated luxury.
The pace here is measured but warm, a thoughtful choreography where every detail— from the glow of soft lighting to the subtle clink of wine glasses— feels carefully considered without ever being forced. There’s a graciousness in the air, a subtle nod to tradition, even as the dining experience embraces contemporary pleasures. Guests often find themselves absorbing the evening through not just taste, but ambiance: the steady, mesmerizing dance of the Bellagio fountains just beyond the windows, and the quiet confidence of a staff who seem both expert and genuinely welcoming.
Prime Steakhouse’s menu is as much a part of the atmosphere as the décor or views. It offers more than just expertly prepared cuts of meat; it’s a curated journey of flavors that invites quiet reflection between bites. Rich textures and surprising compositions— from tender, slow-cooked steak to thoughtfully paired seafood and seasonal vegetables— turn each dish into a personal moment. Desserts here linger like a warm afterthought, the kind that encourages conversation to flow just a little longer.
Above all, what many find most memorable is the effortless way the restaurant turns a meal into a shared experience. Whether watching the fountain show on a cool evening from the patio or enjoying the softer intimacy inside, there is a feeling of being cared for, not rushed, that quietly unfolds throughout the night. This is the kind of place that rewards those who come with a curious palate and a relaxed spirit, leaving you with something beyond just a great dinner— an evening woven with warmth, attention, and a touch of Las Vegas magic.

THIS RESTAURANT is consistently AMAZING, with AMAZING FOOD, AMAZING STAFF and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called in last minute after a terrible experience at another restaurant, and even though it was New Years Eve, they HAPPILY accommodated our 4 person party. Not only is the food here Consistently Incredible in both taste and presentation, the staff, management and customer service are ALWAYS first class, top shelf, warm and welcoming, with incredible ambiance as well. I can't more highly recommend a High End Steakhouse, and it should also be noted, that for a High End Steakhouse, their prices are very reasonable. The Seafood Tower is always a winner, as is their amazing Brussel Sprouts, in addition to their Amazing Steaks and desserts. This place is ALWAYS a Highly Recommend.

Reservations needed, as they fill up quickly. So you can sit inside or out. The outside is a beautiful view of the Ballagio fountains. But I believe there may be a healthy minimum charge to sit there. The waiter staff are older and obviously experts at their craft. The food was in smaller portions, cooked to perfection, and priced as an experience. The wine list is as extravagant as you can be eccentric. The restaurant is hard to find, so allow for some time to wander around to find it. (Down the escalator by Louie Vuitton).

My partner and I came to Prime Steakhouse at the Bellagio to celebrate our anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, the entire experience was seamless. Even on a packed night on the patio, Sheyla at the host stand went above and beyond to take care of us. They accommodate us with a patio table overlooking the fountains something we didn’t expect given how busy it was. That set the tone for the rest of the evening. Once seated, we were greeted by our servers Dougie and Eric, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Their teamwork, timing, and attention to detail were flawless. Dougie especially made us feel taken care of, he was personable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. The standout of the night was the Kuro Ribeye topped with foie gras, which Dougie recommended. Hands down one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Rich, buttery, perfectly cooked a dish, it was amazing. The sommelier also guided us toward a fantastic wine pairing that complemented the meal beautifully. The passion fruit cheese cake Eric and Dougie brought out to us for our anniversary was very thoughtful ! From start to finish, this dinner was everything an anniversary night should be: special and memorable. Huge thank you to Dougie, Eric, and the entire Prime team for making our night unforgettable. We’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this place to everyone we know

I’m just going to say WOW - !!!!! I eat out at great places frequently - but I have to say this was one of the best steak meals I have EXER had!!! Rib Cap was amazing and perfect in every way - I HIGHLY recommend it. PERFECT margaritas! (Please get more Fortaleza)!! Best baked potato ever! Chopped wedge do good - a bit too much dressing - but delicious! And the cheesecake - might be the best I ever had! As you can tell it was a raving fan great meal!!!

The food service and the ambience were all top-notch. This is clearly one of the best meals I have had in a long time. When we made the reservation, I originally made it out on the patio. I was not told about any conditions other than having to give a credit card which would be charged if I canceled the reservation with short notice. Fortunately, when I got the email confirmation of the reservation, I saw that on the patio there is a $175 minimum spend per person. We changed our reservation to inside without a problem. I think they need to make this more prominent when people make reservation reservations so that no one is surprised And bad will results. We arrived and were greeted and seated quickly. The room is absolutely beautiful with lush drapes and waiters in white jackets with bus people in blue. It is very formal and that is a nice touch, especially given the prices. The wine list is expansive and there is a wide range of bottles and and prices. Glasses of wine seem to be in the $20-$30 range. We had a bottle of Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc, and it was delicious at a cost of about $70. It was a little less citrusy and fruit forward than I am used to, but still very good. I was surprised that they did not have a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc on the menu. For dinner, we had to splurge and split the lobster Cobb salad, which was actually delicious. It was $65 for two and it was amazing. Plentiful chunks of claw and tail meat, lettuce, cherry, heirloom, tomatoes, little cubes of cheddar cheese, and not sure what else but also served with a Sriracha vinaigrette. The salad was really incredible and a great starter. Given that we had this large salad to share, we ate light for the rest of the meal. We shared a baked potato of note I had never seen a $21 baked potato before. As I said, do not look at the prices when you’re in town. It tasted pretty much like an eight dollar baked potato it was served with butter, sour cream, and chives, and it was delicious. I had the appetizer Dungeness crab cake, which was wonderful. I would’ve preferred it a little less fried, perhaps sautéed it was served on top of a sweet pea remoulade, which was amazing. It was foamy tasty and unusual. The size of the meal was perfect. I finished with a decaf cappuccino. The desserts also looked amazing but we passed. The service was really impeccable. It was team service and we primarily saw two waiters one was very authoritative and knowledgeable and function as a sommelier as well. This was a real treat. I would not hesitate to go back. Even if you need to take out a second mortgage, it’s worth it. Life is short.

Choosing Vegas to celebrate my 40th birthday was the best decision I made and Prime steakhouse made the experience even more amazing and unforgettable. The service was exceptional, the food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was beyond breathtaking. Above everything the true icing on the cake was literally the icing on the cake. The Bellagio Patisserie did an amazing job with my personalized “Welcome to Vegas” birthday cake that was truly delectable. Both the patisserie and restaurant coordinated everything and gave me exactly what I requested. It was definitely worth every penny
